Membership Rules
Pathara Connect works best when everyone feels safe, seen, and able to participate. These rules are here to keep the circle respectful, constructive, and free from judgment. They apply to the digital platform, in-person events, and any space we share as members.
The spirit of the circle
- Lead with generosity, not extraction.
- Assume good intent, and offer feedback gently.
- Make room for different modalities, backgrounds, and ways of working.
- Protect the privacy and dignity of other members and their clients.
On the digital platform
The platform is a place to connect, refer, share opportunities, and learn from one another. A few simple guardrails help keep it useful:
- Be kind and constructive. Disagreement is natural; personal attacks, shaming, or harsh criticism are not.
- Share, don’t spam. Self-promotion is fine in the right channels, but repeated unsolicited selling, mass-messaging, or link-dumping clutters the space for everyone.
- Respect confidentiality. Do not share another member’s contact details, client information, or private conversations outside the platform without permission.
- Keep it wellness-focused. Pathara is for wellness practitioners and the business of running a practice. Please avoid clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment discussions.
- Post thoughtfully. A short cool-off period applies to rapid posting so the feed stays balanced and easy to follow.
At in-person events
Whether it is a member-hosted gathering, retreat, workshop, or brand activation, the same respect applies face to face:
- Show up with care. Honor the host, the space, and the time everyone has set aside.
- Be inclusive. Welcome newcomers, listen generously, and avoid making assumptions about someone’s practice or experience.
- No hard selling. Events are for connection and learning, not aggressive pitching. Exchange contact info and follow up afterward if there is mutual interest.
- Respect boundaries. Physical and energetic boundaries vary. Ask before touching, photographing, or sharing someone’s presence online.
Referrals
The referral network is available by application. When you pass a client along, do so with context, honesty, and care. Members are never charged a per-referral fee. If a referral is not the right fit, a short note explaining why helps everyone move forward gracefully.
If something feels off
We review reports with care. If a post, message, member, or event violates these rules, we may remove the content, reach out privately, pause access, or, in rare cases, close an account. We aim to be fair, consistent, and proportionate.
